Greenhouse is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team!

Greenhouse is looking for a data-driven, resourceful, and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to help scale our customer facing teams! Partnering closely with leaders in the Sales, Customer Success & Support, and Operations teams, this person will be key in driving strategic go-to-market initiatives and decisions around growth, segmentation, and optimization. The ideal candidate is excited to work in a fast-paced organization and excels at deriving insights from data, while aligning cross-functional groups on transformational changes.

What you’ll do

  • Support scaling the Revenue organization through adaptive headcount planning
  • Drive the segmentation strategy, territory alignment, and account/opportunity distribution for our Sales and Customer Success teams as we continue to scale, expand internationally and improve he way we support our growing customer base
  • Own Sales compensation and incentives; create, manage, and operationalize variable compensation programs that align the Sales team to company-wide objectives, and report attainment of quotas and targets
  • Determine thoughtful Rules of Engagement (ROE) within the Sales Org, maximizing for both sales efficiency and customer experience
  • Manage the tech stack budget for the Sales and Customer Success & Support organizations and be the point-person for vendor and external contract management.
  • Help ensure the alignment of all revenue focused teams with overall company OKRs and priorities

You should have

  • Proven success in sales or revenue operations experience
  • Excellent business acumen; you quickly understand the sensibility of a strategic initiative
  • Ability to digest large, multi-faceted data sets and extract insights that are relevant and actionable
  • Experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders and driving operational execution
  • High attention to detail and the ability to ensure analyses and recommendations are sound
  • Experience working at a high-growth technology or SaaS environment a plus
  • Experience working with Salesforce required, Gainsight a plus
