Job Description

As the Office Support you will be tasked with managing the front desk as well as basic office management functions within Sovrn. We are looking for personable candidates who are comfortable greeting guests, coordinating meetings and events within the office as well as conducting basic office management functions.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: greeting guests, receiving deliveries, ordering office supplies and lunches for meetings, keeping the office tidy and coordinating meeting and events.

  • Opening and delivering mail

Qualifications

  • 1+ year’s experience within customer service role
  • Proven ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects / deadlines
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing Google Calendars, creating Google Docs
  • Must have a reliable source of transportation with the ability to
