Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities:
- Run the annual and quarterly planning/budgeting process, including modeling the balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements
- Own “the model” based on detailed bottom-up projections and including several scenarios
- Create rolling forecasts for short-term and long-range planning
- Create detailed sales models by working with cross-functional leadership
- Extract key insights from large data sets using excel and BI tools
- Assist the accounting function with the monthly close, including balance sheet and P&L variances
- Understand the interaction across various company databases and identify how to obtain the most meaningful information to answer data-related questions
- Prepare scenario and margin analyses/models to assist with decisions across the company
- Prepare management presentations that are concise and easy to follow

Requirements:
- Substantial experience producing advanced financial models and proficiency in Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5-7 years in FP&A with ownership of forecasting process
- Executive presence and presentation skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
- CPA is a major plus
