We are looking for a Financial Analyst for our FP&A team here at Greenhouse! 

As our Financial Analyst, you will use your expertise to tangibly impact a growing SaaS business. Reporting directly to our Director of FP&A, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to help drive business decision support, and provide strategic insights into how we're tracking toward company goals.

In this small but crucial team, you'll need to wear several hats. You will be the team's reporting specialist, working with various systems and reports to extract and summarize insights in several high-visibility deliverables like Board decks, Operating Review decks and KPI decks. We're looking for someone who can not only navigate Excel, Google sheets, Powerpoint and various systems with ease, but also enjoy the fluid, fast-paced environment that comes hand-in-hand with a growing company.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain functional budgets and forecasts reports, partnering with key invested parties to help manage cost drivers and gain analytical insights
  • Pull insights from data sources to provide reporting for board decks, monthly financial reviews, monthly ARR flashes, and company "All Hands" meetings
  • Assist the team on all business reporting needs by taking day-to-day initiative for monthly / quarterly reporting
  • Define, implement and automate scalable financial process and analysis improvements

You should have:

  • Deep proficiency in Excel/Powerpoint/Google Sheets
  • Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, etc.), preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Netsuite, Adaptive, Mode, Tableau, SQL a big plus
