Financial Analyst

VRI, a Modivcare company, is looking for a Financial Analyst to handle monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, forecasting and projections. This role will provide all levels of management with business intelligence and financial reporting & analysis that will be used for strategic and tactical decision making. They will also work with various levels of operations management, corporate department managers and equity sponsor/lender stakeholders this individual will develop, interpret and implement budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, key performance indicator metrics, and profit improvement initiatives to drive business results.
You will...
- Assist in preparation of monthly consolidation and executive financial package. Assist in the budget & reforecast process.
- Assist in preparation of monthly bank and investor reporting.
- Provide insightful analysis, review and tracking of key performance indicator metrics, and profit improvement opportunities.
- Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed. Assists in revenue, expense and cash flow projections and expense saving opportunities within all areas of the forecast models.
- Analyze actual results to understand variances, and revises projections as appropriate.
- Prepare consolidated forecasts and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, working capital and cash flow.
- Prepare financial and business intelligence related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, working capital and cash flow.
- Identify trends, advise management and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
- Maintain access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials. Maintain project productivity and quality goals.

- High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or another related field is required
- Accounting/ GAAP knowledge Experience working with large datasets
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time
- Knowledge of accounting systems (Great Plains) strongly preferred
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000
