Executive Assistant
Challenges You Will Solve
Red Canary is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO, President, and SVP Operations to ensure that key executives are supported to lead effectively As someone who has found their calling as an Executive Assistant, you are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity with excellent communication, organizational, project management and problem solving skills, and you will have a direct impact on the success of our leadership team.
What You'll Do
- Proactively anticipate needs of the executive team and prioritize commitments. Partner with leaders to help them balance competing priorities
- Coordinate complex scheduling and comprehensive calendar management
- Manage, coordinate and arrange executive travel and travel related activities and submit expense reports
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when collaborating with the internal teams and external partners
- Assist with preparation of presentations, plan and coordinate all-hands and team meetings, as well as team off-sites and board materials
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, following through on issues quickly and thoroughly
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to executives
- Experience supporting multiple executives concurrently with varying levels of needs
- Expert user in Google Suite and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Experience partnering with and training executives who have not previously worked with Executive Assistants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing memos for executive teams’ distribution
- Proven track record of building relationships with key partners, establishing trust and credibility
- Ability to problem solve and quickly adapt in a dynamic business environment
- Strong time management skills and organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-directed, collaborative, highly-motivated and inclusive team member
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a startup or SaaS environment preferred
Compensation: $101,920 - $105,000 + bonus and equity
