Provide Additional Dev Support 

• Support CTO in weekly sprint planning and management
• Support developers with issues and confirmation on tasks
• Support developers in the code or architecture as needed or bandwidth allows

Manage the QA Team

• Define and supervise weekly activities
• Define details around automated and unit test to match to system capabilities and user use case
• Support bug management in gut hub and interaction with development team

Support Customer Implementations

• Support sales and customer teams with client implementations
• Requirements gathering, use case documentation and bug communication to dev
• Support customer reported issues, technical documentation of  implementation challenges
• Support sales and customer teams on user issues or tickets
