- Support CTO in weekly sprint planning and management
- Support developers with issues and confirmation on tasks
- Support developers in the code or architecture as needed or bandwidth allows
Manage the QA Team
- Define and supervise weekly activities
- Define details around automated and unit test to match to system capabilities and user use case
- Support bug management in gut hub and interaction with development team
Support Customer Implementations
- Support sales and customer teams with client implementations
- Requirements gathering, use case documentation and bug communication to dev
- Support customer reported issues, technical documentation of implementation challenges
