Job Description

As the Website Development Manager at Daxko, you will be responsible for motivating, supervising, and guiding our teams of WordPress Designers and Support Specialists to ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience as we manage a network of over 500 WordPress sites.

• Evaluate and provide real-time feedback for the team
• Coordinate plugin and theme updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact during client escalations

Qualifications

• 5+ years building on WordPress
• 2+ years leading a web development team
• In-depth understanding of multisite environments
• Experience training new WordPress designers
• Experience developing new website products to fit a specific market or client
• Strong organization, time-management, and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, attention to detail
• Comfortable learning, using & teaching complex software programs
• Significant time spent on phone/online sessions with customers
