We are looking for an incredible Technical CRM Manager to join our fast growing team in Denver.

Marketing and Tech are the heart of hear.com. We leverage advanced technology to aggregate and streamline all aspects of our marketing process. We need an inspiring Tech CRM / SFMC expert to drive innovation in Marketing.

The role:

  • Shared ownership of the email/SMS automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Work as an integral member of a high-performing marketing team to develop and implement our CRM marketing strategy 
  • Creation, maintenance and execution of engaging customer journeys through a variety of touchpoints including email, SMS/MMS, and server push notifications (App)
  • Build dynamic and flexible email templates that can maximize our ability to serve personalized and custom content
  • Daily administration, troubleshooting and technical support for the salesforce orgResponsible for the effective run and ongoing support of the CRM integration platform based on Microsoft SQL data base

Your profile:

  • Strong technical understanding of business and marketing processes
  • Experienced in technical administration of CRM systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) even better :)
  • Strong understanding of SQL, SSJS and HTML
  • Close attention to detail and excellent analytical skills, able to explain complicated procedures
  • Ability to quickly identify and integrate more efficient workflows and processes, find and fix errors
