As a Sr. Salesforce Implementation Engineer, you will be implementing new clients, providing a seamless and quality implementation experience with the end goal of enabling health systems, hospitals and providers to better reach those consumers who are seeking care.

The Healthgrades application set up will enable health systems to create a holistic patient view and take action on information critical to their patient care and provider engagement campaigns. This enterprise platform will bring together once disparate data into a single platform, breaking down data silos and making data more useful across an entire organization. From client-gathered requirements, cross-referenced with product strategy and goals, this role will be the key point person for implementing solutions for various clients. The engineer will work within the applications team to ensure the solutions are configured to harness the powerful data to lead to actionable outcomes for clients. This person may also be used to help brainstorm non-standard solutions and support other functions within the application implementations team, supporting both Salesforce and Technology-Agnostic solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver support for Professional Services team consisting of solution consultants, application engineers and business analysts
  • Execute client implementations, following implementation guides, ensuring every step throughout the new client set up process is followed meticulously to success
  • Serve as a key partner for business analysts, supporting them in their configuration questions and any non-standard set up 
  • Liaise with onshore and offshore team and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks.
  • Participate in and, at times, facilitate discussions with clients regarding any non-standard needs, working with the client business analysts to understand business cases
  • Remove implementations roadblocks through collaboration, communication, and creative solution recommendations
  • Recommend and drive development best practices and continuous integration and delivery as part of a forward-thinking, agile organization
  • Serve as expert and stay informed on new functionality around below mentioned platforms
  • Work breakdown structure:
    • 70-75% : Client implementations
    • 10-20% : SME for non-standard solutions, designing and advising in coordination with pre-sales solution architects
    • 5-10%: Process improvement leadership through automation and implementation streamlining 

What You Will Bring:

  • 4-7 years experience developing and deploying applications in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with large scale client projects extending over months or years
  • 6+ Years of experience in Salesforce reporting suite
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Changes sets, and basic system configurations
  • Familiarity with various automation applications a plus
  • Knowledge of Healthcare applications a plus
  • Client facing experience a plus
  • Knowledge (and experience) designing and building distributed systems for scalability and security
  • A bias towards self-education of new technologies, techniques and methods
  • Test-and-learn mentality – you pivot quickly when an approach is not successful
  • Keen attention to detail, eye for design and understanding the value of collaboration with UX/creative and product teams

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Salary: $112,000 - $130,000 annually*
  • Bonus: up to 5% annually
