What you will be doing:

Assess software quality through manual and automated testing. Responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. Develop Devops Practice and/or automated testing frameworks for the FIS EIAM Tools that will help facilitate the transformation of the Enterprise. Define the testing requirements across the development environment, determine proper use case testing, performance testing an automation of those process.

  • Review and analyze system specifications

  • Collaborate with development team to develop effective strategies and test plans

  • Execute test cases either manually or automated and analyze results

  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects

  • Report bugs and errors back to Development team

  • Work inside of a development team and provide testing expertise for the team

  • Conduct post-release/post implementation testing

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and related field experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of Information Technology and IT Security

  • Experience with automated testing procedures for full stack development. Experience with testing REST APIs, and web applications.

  • Fundamental understanding of abstraction layers and knowledge on how to design and integrate with abstracted UI and orchestration

  • Experience in project management and QA methodology

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to details

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Pagerduty, cloudwatch.

  • Understanding of LDAP and database technologies such as Oracle, mySQL, Postgress.

  • APM monitoring tool experience

  • Prior experience with QA testing SailPoint environments
