We are looking for a creative, passionate, and dedicated Software Engineer in Test. You will take an active role in supporting our international membership, by ensuring the quality of applications and technologies in a collaborative Agile environment. Responsibilities include development of test plans and test cases, writing automated tests, performing manual validation, and documenting the results. 
 
Description 

  • Design detailed test plans, test cases, procedures, and schedules, in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.  
  • Develop and maintain automated tests using C# and Selenium. 
  • Perform functional, acceptance, and regression testing of web applications. 
  • Document, analyze and report test results and adjust test cases accordingly. 
  • Collaborate with the development team on the resolution of issues and clarification of requirements. 
  • Collaborate on validation, documentation, and deployment of software releases. 
  • Perform root-cause analysis to identify the issues found in testing. 
  • Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers. 
  • Document test procedures to ensure compliance with standards. 
  • Perform software compatibility testing to ensure software works on multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems. 
  • Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness. 
  • Investigate customer problems referred by technical support. 

 
Knowledge and Skills 

  • Strong communication and leadership skills. 
  • Ability to develop automated tests using Selenium. 
  • Ability to program in C# preferred. 
  • Experience testing in an Agile software development environment is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus. 
  • Experience with Visual Studio is a plus.  
  • Experience with Dynamics 365. 
  • Experience with Behavior Driven Development framework. 

  
Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience software application testing. 
  • 1+ years of experience writing automated tests. 

This position pays $85,000/year depending on experience, and is exempt.

This role will be working full-time in our office located at 9127 S. Jamaica St. Englewood, CO 80112. You will be working from home while the office is closed due to COVID-19. Permanent work authorization required.
