What you’ll do

• Engage with blended teams of technically curious and customer-centric software engineers
• Work in partnership with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to shape technical roadmap items which improve our ability to quickly deliver quality software to our customers
• Reporting to and working with the Engineering Manager to foster healthy software development practices including modern release processes, infrastructure as code, and leveraging observability principles to drive a better awareness of the health of our systems
• Build and introduce tooling which support our organizational goals
• Improve the lives of our internal customers and ultimately our business

What you bring

• A passion for learning and experimentation
• A desire to iteratively provide customer value while upholding our engineering values
• Excitement, curiosity, and drive
• Experience building robust environments on cloud platforms like AWS
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tooling like CloudFormation or Terraform
• Experience with deployment tools like CodePipeline, Jenkins, and TravisCI
• An interest in continuous integration and testing tools like GitLab, GitHub actions, Harness, Cyprus or similar
• An interest in working with modern technologies such as AWS, Docker, and React in a CI/CD environment 
• An interest in coaching teams towards best practices through hands on guidance and training
