Job Summary

We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious senior developer.  You will work in and amongst 3-4 teams to deliver on your technical vision. You will work with the CTO and VP of Product to understand requirements and distill those into a vision and path forward. You will work with our Developer Productivity Team to roll out enhancements to all teams and make every team faster. We are a fun, motivated group with big goals. Come join us!

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements through reviews and talking to customers
• Get alignment on the architectural strategy with team leads
• Present architectural strategy to the CTO
• Join teams in day to day coding to understand the different systems
• Rotate through teams to understand the current state of each team
• Propose process changes or improvements

Required 

• Must be a rock-star coder who can dive into any team to help them
• 4+ years experience in java
• 7+ years experience in software development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical issues
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Intellectually curious with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range:  $110,000 - 170,000 D.O.E.
