As the Senior Business Operations Engineer you will be responsible for supporting and empowering the organization with best in class technology solutions. The mission of the business operation team is to engage with key stakeholders through the business like Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and transform internal operations by deploying and integrating the right technology solutions. This team is more than just analysis and recommendations, it is about “building it better” to enable operational scale and speed throughout the business.

This position supports the Sr. Business Operations Manager in implementing innovative technologies, equipment, and solutions to improve the company’s operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate & integrate commercial API solutions 
• Deploy data transferring between Snowflake and Third Party Solutions 
• Implement process improvement utilizing Ruby on Rails & Third Party Solutions
• Work within ezCaters’ data warehouse and analytic tools like snowflake, tableau & periscope
• Create & manage project boards & tickets within Jira 
• Solve challenging problems & inefficient processes that impact the long term viability of the business utilizing technology 
• Problem solve by connecting the dots during production through the various technology stack that makes up ezCaters platform, to optimize efficiencies 
• Provide technical support to business operations leaders 
• Partner with relevant stakeholders & engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation and ensure integration success 
• Ensure operations related activities are performed in compliance with company standards and regulations

What you have:

• 5+ years of hands-on professional web development experience, including API Integrations
• 3+ years of Ruby on Rails development, JavaScript and Snowflake
• Familiarity with Financial Services & Sales Operations
• Demonstrated creative problem solving & analytical skills Strong experience implementing technology, comfortable taking initiative to solve the right problems 
• Previous experience as a business operations consultant and/or business IT engineer
• Technology leadership a plus but not required 
• Experience achieving and automating Sarbanes–Oxley (SOX) controls is preferred but not a requirement
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to the ever-changing work priorities and requirements as we are a fast growing company 
• An appetite for learning, experimentation, relentless curiosity and an ability to leverage what you learn to make our products better
