Scaled Agile, Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join the Information & Technology team in our Boulder office.

 

This is an opportunity to join a growing development team doing cutting-edge work on the Salesforce platform. You’ll directly contribute to our customer-facing Learning Platform used by over 800,000 trained professionals around the world.  Our team values collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement at a sustainable pace - all while delivering competitive compensation and respecting your work/life balance.

As a part of the Information & Technology team, you’ll be joining an engineering team that includes Salesforce Developers, Salesforce Admins, UX Designer, a Product Owner and Scrum Master.

Our Stack:

  • Platforms: Salesforce & Community Cloud
  • Technologies: Apex, SOQL, LWC, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Platform Events, Bitbucket

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • 4 or more years of experience designing and implementing systems using an object-oriented language
    • Apex, Java, C# or equivalent
  • Experience building web applications using a component framework
    • LWC, React, Vue, Angular or equivalent JS framework
  • Demonstrated experience solving complex challenges to produce secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that maximize the full potential of the Salesforce Platform.  
  • You produce solutions that are:
    • Easy to read and maintain
    • Protected from regressions by a good set of unit tests
    • Can scale to accommodate our user base
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and the software development lifecycle
  • Experience developing integrations with external systems
  • Experience working with a team of developers and collaborating on design issues while mentoring others.

Nice to haves:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Experience working with an agile team


Where you’ll be working

Although preference will be given to candidates in Metro Denver / Boulder, we are open to candidates working remotely from other U.S. locations.  We are currently all working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Compensation

  • Scaled  Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
  • Employees of Scaled Agile are also compensated with an annual bonus and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, optional insurance products including pet insurance, 401K with a match,  flexible paid time off, company-paid sabbatical after six years of service, bonus plan, and equity options.

Location

We are located in Northeast Boulder, situated on the hill above Valmont Bike Park, offering a wonderful view of the Mountains. Most of our employees continue to work remotely while at the same time we enjoy the ability to gather for planning and lunch is served on Wednesdays.
