Summary/Objective:

Travelers Haven is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to fill out a new agile team for it’s highest priority project work. This candidate should have solid experience with exploratory testing and end to end test automation. The ideal candidate will also have good SQL skills and ability to dig into the codebase to analyze code changes for potential issues.

Essential Functions:

• Extend end-to-end automation suites (Cypress-based)
• Work test automation into all levels of a CI/CD process
• Develop, maintain, and implement regression testing across key products
• Sharpen and define acceptance criteria on cards that will flow through a agile/scrum process
• Perform manual and exploratory testing on cards as they flow through sprints
• Work as part of an agile/scrum team, collaborating closely with engineers and product

Required Education & Experience:

• 2+ Years of QA Engineering experience
• 2+ Years of Test Automation experience
• Experience with web application best practices and security concerns
• Strong problem solving and investigative skills
• Good communication skills, whether interfacing with a client via email or internal team communications (face to face, Slack, etc).
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education and relevant work experience considered.
