Why You Matter

We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who will lead a team of Boulder-based developers building and extending frontend and backend capabilities within the Carbon Black Predictive Security Cloud. The Predictive Security Cloud is a big data environment that aggregates data from across millions of customer endpoints and provides that data as input to Machine Learning algorithms, expert systems analytics and streaming prevention runtimes, as well as end user analysis by threat researchers and intel analysts. These capabilities in turn power all Carbon Black products.

You should be a leader with a proven track record of managing talented software engineers and delivering high quality cloud solutions. You have built teams and managed initiatives across functions to deliver SaaS solutions at the highest levels, and you're eager to build and lead new engineering teams at an exciting NGAV security company.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years' experience in software development industry
• 5+ years' experience managing agile software development teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing development teams delivering cloud based solutions; Amazon Web Services background is strongly preferred.
