What You’ll Do

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist will be responsible for driving SFMC technical solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll bring considerable technical and product expertise to the team, helping to deliver SFMC based solutions to clients.

We are looking for someone with strong technical and product acumen and excellent communication and analytical skills to deliver the best possible results and service to our growing team and client portfolio.

• Mobilize and help manage engagement teams, establishing the project structure and governance
• Design and build emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Get a solid understanding of clients’ business and technical structures and then define requirements and drive completion of deliverables
• Facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels, both internally and externally
• Manage engagement economics, risk, and day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
• Deliver high client satisfaction (CSAT) and positively impacting client renewals

What We’ll Love About You

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and education
• 4 years’ relevant technology consulting or industry experience
• Completion of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification a must
• Hands-on SFMC platform experience and/or other SFMC ecosystem platforms (i.e. Audience Studio-DMP, Datorama, Social Studio, etc.)
• Experience configuring Email Studio (including Contact Building, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder) required
• 3+ years’ experience with marketing technologies and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe, Oracle, DMP/DCPs, Google, etc.)
• Proven experience leading large full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions including other SFMC ecosystem technologies, cloud-based marketing solutions, integration service and data modeling
• Excellent verbal and written communication
