An Insider's view of Hear.com

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

I’ve been a part of companies that talk about work-life balance but don’t ‘walk-the-walk’ when it pertains to that value. At Hear.com, the outcomes you produce are priority to any amount of time in office- treat people as adults, and great things can happen. We want you to enjoy what Denver and the Rockies have to offer with friends and family!

Rob

Product Manager

What does your typical day look like?

As an Engineer, a typical day would be stand up and cross time zone meetings in the morning. We practice scrum at Hear.com, so we do ceremonies, and the rest of the day can be focused on doing sprint work. We encourage the members of the team to pair when working on stories. We find it as a great way to share knowledge and build team chemistry!

Jerry

Senior FullStack Engineer

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

We're investing heavily in protecting, cultivating, and shaping our entrepreneurial culture! Our "never corporate" and "customer first" approach helps drive the company's success, encouraging employees to act like owners and put the customer first.
