As Enterprise Standard applications and Cloud ERP Oracle - Principal Enterprise Architect, you will report to the Head of ERP & HRIS Systems.

You are responsible for building a future state architecture for the enterprise systems that support all functions of the company. You will own architecture for End to End (E2E) deployments of Cloud Oracle ERP focused on Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Tax, RMCS), Supply Chain Modules (Asset Mgmt, Logistics - OTM, GTM, Cost Management, Order Management)  Projects, Procurement (RFQ, PR, PO, Payables, Supplier Portal) and other third party finance/operations tools integrated to ERP.

Our team requires a seasoned architect leader who aligns Enterprise systems to business processes and builds a robust & scalable environment to support business as they grow.  

You have a strong track of records in leading and delivering Large scale enterprise wide projects, which involves influencing across various IT stakeholders, both within the company and externally with delivery partners.

What you’ll do:

• Providing technical leadership to development teams, management, and business units to strengthen and extend Invitae’s enterprise architecture.
• Socialize and influence development teams to adopt and adhere to defined architectural standards and principles
• Influence and gain alignment with key stakeholders on solution implementation
• Lead the design and functional specification development of scalable ERP cloud solutions to support Invitae’s existing & new business growth/verticals
• Assessing the current state and envisioning future state. Ability to quickly understand the business requirement and design future state
• Facilitate discovery, architecture and design workshops to refine expected business outcomes & align on requirements
• Own technical roadmap to transform business process from legacy to Cloud ERP
• Strong Functional Experience and Solution Architect in Enterprise wide Oracle Cloud ERP 
• Demonstrate solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Modules implementing Order to Cash, logistics, Revenue management & EPM solutions.
• Knowledge about Oracle Cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces, and Reports with 3rd party applications.
• Executing the day-to-day activities of Oracle ERP Cloud engagements including process design, leading key configuration workshops, identifying Gaps, identify RICEW, and support testing
• Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs
• Working with internal teams in onsite offshore model
• Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered
• Act as Oracle ERP stakeholder on key cross-functional projects and provide guidance for evaluation of enterprise cloud business applications and products to extend/build upon Oracle cloud ERP solution
• Drive business transformation and process improvement while providing Oracle ERP solutions as an internal consultant driving strategic projects
• Expand into other business applications beyond Oracle ERP as the business and IT landscape evolve

What you bring: 

• Around 15 years functional experience with Oracle ERP (Cloud/EBS)Applications
• Minimum 10 years architecting cross-functional financial solutions for Oracle ERP Applications in lead roles
• A minimum 5 years of functional implementation experience with hands-on cloud configuration, cross functional solutioning knowledge in Oracle financials (GL, SLA, AP, AR, FA, CM, Inter-Company, Financial Orchestration, Financial Consolidation/Reconciliation/Reporting, Setting up new LE’s, Ledgers, Business Units, Multi-Currency, etc.) and Costing modules (Actual or Standard Cost) with knowledge of SCM supporting applications such as Procurement, Inventory Management, Product Data Management, Inventory Transfers, etc
• Candidates should have minimum of 3+ Large scale Oracle ERP projects implementation experience Proven experience working in a client facing role, with strong relationship building and a passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence
• Experience with SaaS applications like Sales Cloud, RMCS, Oracle ERP, WMS, etc.
• Experience with full software development life cycle (SDLC) – requirements, map/gap, design, build, development, testing, training, cut-over and support of Oracle cloud applications
• CA/CPA certified

• Effective communication skills and record for coordination between multiple teams
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) in ERP Finance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
