The Role:
Sunday is looking for an organized and talented IT Engineer to join an innovative company that is making a difference in the outdoor retail space. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining a dynamic and stable computer system that meets the needs of our team. This role will manage company technical equipment inventory, assist in staff onboarding and offboarding processes, install and support company software systems, and implement VPN/other technologies. This individual will also provide on-site and remote support for our various day to day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in scaling IT processes and systems for fast-growing companies with multiple offices and remote staff.
Responsibilities:
- Distribute technical equipment and manage company equipment inventory
- Provide IT support both in person and remotely by installing software and network systems, training staff on newly installed systems, troubleshooting network/software issues, and responding to general IT requests
- Support company VPN
- Automate provisioning for all company laptops and mobile devices and identify other opportunities to improve IT processes
- Install and maintain video, telephony and networking equipment
- Prepare and maintain documentation for users
- Maintain historical records of requests and incidents
- Ensure software and security systems are kept up-to-date

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years of experience in IT
- Experience working with following Operating Systems / Cloud Providers:
- Mac OS
- Windows 10
- Google Drive / Sheets / etc
- Google Cloud Platform
- Automated laptop provisioning
- Operating systems proficiency
- Hardware installation and support
- VPN support and maintenance
- Computer system security and antivirus
- Documentation skills
- General networking knowledge
- Good written and verbal communication skills
