Job Description

You’ll join Xplor Fitness & Wellbeing — the team that builds innovative and intuitive solutions that enable gym owners and trainers to connect their clients with amazing fitness experiences. Personal training. Yoga. Bootcamp. Barre — you name it. We offer the services they need, so that they can focus on what really matters — helping their members and clients succeed.

You’ll work on our MarianaTek product. MarianaTek is a studio management software built by real players in the fitness industry. We take all the complexities of running a studio and make it  easy to use, brand centric, and fitness-focused.

    You’ll join Xplor Fitness & Wellbeing — the team that builds innovative and intuitive solutions that enable gym owners and trainers to connect their clients with amazing fitness experiences. Personal training. Yoga. Bootcamp. Barre — you name it. We offer the services they need, so that they can focus on what really matters — helping their members and clients succeed.

    As a member of the developer relations engineering team, you'll help developers across the world to successfully engage and integrate with Mariana Tek’s API. You’ll lead the charge to create a new exciting community of developers that strive to solve challenges in the fitness industry. You will also assist them to troubleshoot technical issues and set best practices.

     

    Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have include:

    • Leading a global team of developer relations engineers

    • Assisting external developers and strategic partners to understand Mariana Tek’s APIs and services

    • Providing front-line technical/API/integration support to internal and external developers

    • Building scalable support function (tools and processes) to service the growing developer community

    • Working closely with internal developers to continuously improve our API first architecture

    • Building a knowledge base and enabling the developers to self-service

    • Setting goals to improve issue resolution response time and increase developer satisfaction

    • Working closely with internal developers to improve technical documentation and knowledge base

    • Being a key advocate for the evolution of our API

    • Managing and growing our third party developer community 

    Qualifications

    You may be a good fit for this role if you have experience with:

    • Working with third party developer tools, including documentation, APIs, SDKs, and client libraries.  Ideally you’ll have prior professional experience in developer relations or software development.

    • Building web apps with languages like Javascript or Python.

    • Writing extremely clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Finding technical solutions to open-ended business problems.

    • Providing technical leadership and helping your colleagues grow.

    • Hiring, building, and leading a team.

    • Being autonomous and self-motivated in achieving personal goals.
