Engineering Lead
Choozle is looking for an individual that is eager to grow our Engineering Leadership team as we liberate marketers from complex advertising technology. We look for leaders who are not only coaches that offer technical expertise and career advancement, but who are individual contributors that grow alongside the team. In addition to developing people, Engineering Leadership is responsible for owning technical and process solutions alongside our Product, Labs and Strategy teams.
You’d be responsible for:
- Coordinating 3-5 engineers on our core product
- Leading through technical and professional development
- Balancing between your work as an individual contributor and leader
- Continuous learning that enables iterative software development while maintaining a reliable customer experience
You have:
- Provided software development leadership, direction or mentorship
- Demonstrated ability to establish a vision that your team embraces and executes
- A focus on people and optimizing their strengths to continually increase the team’s impact
- 2+ Years of Golang and 2+ Years of Lead experience to draw from as you teach through problems
- A strong product partnership background for continuous process improvement and solution delivery
