Responsibilities

• Drive key business outcomes across multiple engineering teams
• Build and lead a passionate team to execute to their maximum potential across multiple geographies
• Champion collaboration across the engineering, product management and product design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable services
• Foster an environment of data-driven design and continuous improvement
• Negotiate and partner with product management leadership to build ambitious solutions at scale
• Develop and expand talent through effective mentoring, coaching, succession planning, and retention strategies
• Define OKRs and monitor KPIs in regards to the performance of the team

Qualifications

• 15 years of software engineering or related experience, including experience leading a team of software engineers
• 5+ years of industry experience in AdTech, MarTech, Creative, Social Networking or a related field
• Experience working on and with technical and cross-functional teams
• Experience working in an environment delivering B2B client-centric services
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
