During a typical day, you will...

• Shared ownership of the email/SMS automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Shared ownership of the email design/development system Taxi for Email
• Creation, maintenance and execution of engaging customer journeys through a variety of touchpoints including email, SMS/MMS, and server push notifications (App)
• Build and design dynamic and flexible email templates that can maximize our ability to serve personalized and custom content
• Work as an integral member of a high-performing marketing team to develop and implement our CRM marketing strategy
• Daily administration, troubleshooting and technical support for the salesforce org
• Responsible for the effective run and ongoing support of the CRM integration platform based on Microsoft SQL data base

You have…

• Strong technical understanding of business and marketing processes
• Experienced in technical administration of CRM systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) even better :)
• Strong understanding of SQL, SSJS, HTML5 and CSS3
• Close attention to detail and excellent analytical skills, able to explain complicated procedures
• Ability to quickly identify and integrate more efficient workflows and processes, find and fix errors
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related degree
