Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ownership of DevOps tools for Arrow Digital Division
• Configuration and ongoing management of Jira and Bitbucket
• Stay current, research and recommend new tools for POC
• Design and rollout tools POCs and make recommendations to manager and internal teams on tool usage
• Roll out SSO for all SaaS tools
• Architect, build, and troubleshoot tooling systems
• Recommend, design, and roll out measures and improvements to ensure security
• Perform automation of routine tasks to increase systems efficiency and reduce human intervention
• Capacity planning and management for all Digital tools
• Manage licensing/renewals and vendor relationships
• Develop and update documentation on tools usage
• Assist internal teams with best practice for tools use and best usage of systems
• Work with systems and infrastructure manager and team to develop and implement infrastructure policies and procedures
• Work with development and operations teams to configure and maintain alerts and ensure routing to the correct teams
• Investigate and implement new features to our current software & ensure we are maximizing usage
• Assist internal team members with tooling application training
• Manage tools permissions and group memberships and ensure permissions are set appropriately
• Manage security for all Digital team devops tools and keep tools organized
