Bonusly is looking for an experienced, talented and motivated Dev Ops Engineer to be a founding member of our Operations and Infrastructure team. You will get to positively impact some of the most influential companies in the world such as Hulu, Chobani, Headspace, Palo Alto Networks, and more by building a product that empowers employees to show appreciation for each other, build stronger working relationships, and feel a greater sense of belonging. We're looking for someone who is both highly analytical and enthusiastically creative. Ideally, you are excited about partnering with engineering teams to develop scalable infrastructure and tools that accelerate our ability to consistently deliver quality software into the hands of our customers.
What you’ll do
- Join an inclusive, collaborative, and skilled Product team that loves to deliver value for our customers
- Be an integral part of deciding the direction, architecture and implementation of our first critical initiatives: a unified observability platform, a robust feature flag system to empower our engineers to continuously deliver code and our product owners to release features, and improving our CI/CD pipeline
- Solve complex engineering problems in infrastructure, tools and testing
- Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability
- Be part of a team that has ownership of tooling, business application integrations, and infrastructure across the entire Bonusly organization
- Be a part of our high growth journey and collaborate to create and iterate on our practices
- Have the support of your amazing, talented colleagues while working on small, high impact teams and enjoying the trust and autonomy needed to be biased toward action

💯You should apply if you…..
- Have 5+ years of professional Engineering Experience
- Have 3+ years of professional experience working in a DevOps or SRE capacity
- Are comfortable working at all levels of the application stack
- Have worked with a variety of best-in-class cloud providers, specifically AWS.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
- Are excited and passionate about improving our developer experience
- Embody the Ten Principles for Growth as an Engineer

- Are eager to communicate cross-functionally and within product, customer success, sales, finance, and operations
- Architect code for performance, scalability, and future maintainability

- Base Salary: $120,000 - $155,000
