Job Description
As a Client Implementation Engineer, you’ll ensure our customers success by providing access to all of our knowledge and experience (think best practices, compliance, and beyond). You’ll help customers as they integrate into our platform via our APIs thus enabling unique experiences for various financial products. You’re naturally comfortable navigating technical complexity while ensuring our customers receive amazing support through the implementation process. This goes beyond just answering questions. It’s technical problem solving at a critical stage of the customer journey.
As a member of our team, you'll:
- Communicate with our non-technical teams to successfully and efficiently help new customers integrate
- Work with new clients in a technical capacity acting as a SME on all Moov products and the entire integration process
- Effectively document all client interactions and progress as part of integration management process
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders with regards to any potential concerns, delays, modifications, update, etc
- Anticipate any potential bottlenecks or issues that may arise throughout the implementation
- Verify, replicate, and escalate any client integration challenges
- Collaborate with development and delivery teams to achieve issue resolution
- Develop clear and and accurate implementation guides based on spec sheets provided
- Drive continuous improvement of our integration process
- Act as a customer advocate in Moov
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience working in technical client facing role
- Professional software development experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Knack for analyzing data so that you can better figure out from a big picture standpoint what is working and what's not working for our customers
- Ability to read and write against APIs, Scripts, and write SQL queries
- Strong understanding of Web technologies and APIs
- An ability to work independently within a small, fast-paced team
- An entrepreneurial spirit and unrelenting passion to deliver the best service possible
- The ability to implement feedback, learn quickly, and contribute new ideas
- BS/BA degree strongly preferred

Salary Range:
$90,000 to $125,000
