Director of Strategic Accounts
Position Overview:
Brandzooka is looking for a Director of Strategic Accounts to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have the experience and the skills required to execute as both an individual contributor, successfully developing relationships within agency partners, VIP/strategic clients, and as a team builder, helping to grow the function and managing performance to meet the aggressive goals of a start-up.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current agency contacts while also introducing Brandzooka to new agencies and clients
- Consistently meet and/or exceed revenue goals
- Maintain efficient outbound sales strategies
- Utilize our CRM to effectively communicate with users and manage a sales pipeline
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities and forecast projections
- Be accountable and compensated for your own activities and results
- Have the ability to travel to specific markets
- Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Brandzooka’s online platform
Required Skills:
- Target candidate will have 1-3 years of sales / business development / digital media experience (online advertising, search, contextual marketing, web publishing, content distribution)
- Internet savvy and proficient in social media and office productivity tools
- Ability to evaluate sound business opportunities and close deals
- Solid prospecting skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle projects of sensitive or urgent nature in a professional and timely manner
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours (when necessary) to accomplish business objectives
- Bachelors degree encouraged, but not required
Compensation: Competitive salary + commission package, based on performance.

This is a full time salaried position with a commission based on performance.
