Digital Advertising Manager - nonprofit focus
We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Ads Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of nonprofit clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. As a remote team member, the Digital Ads Manager will collaborate effectively with colleagues and be able to work independently to achieve exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC strategies for a diverse portfolio of nonprofit clients, ensuring their goals and objectives are met.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and segmentation to create high-performing campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of each client's industry, target audience, and marketing objectives to create tailored PPC strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, designers, and copywriters, to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using various analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid management, ad copy adjustments, and other advanced techniques.
- Stay current with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure our clients' campaigns remain competitive and effective.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients and team members through clear, concise reporting and presentations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, sharing your PPC expertise to foster growth and skill development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering successful PPC campaigns for nonprofit organizations, with a focus on driving donations, engagement, and awareness.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to clients and team members in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working in a remote team environment, demonstrating strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
