About this role:

The Web Designer will own the SonderMind website with the goal of creating an awesome customer experience. This role will work cross-departmentally to implement UX/UI design elements, find creative ways to host new content, enable digital campaigns for tracking and ease of use, discover innovative ways to continue to grow our site and multiple other projects. 

 

You'll excel in this role if:

  • You're looking for an opportunity to own a website, learn new programs and continually strive to introduce new strategies for growth and design.
  • You have experience or a desire to work in the healthcare industry, and more directly, to help disrupt the current system. 
  • You love data and creating strategies based on analysis. 
  • You’re comfortable in a fast paced, high growth environment.

 

Gotta have this:

  • Proficiency with front end development (HTML, CSS), image creation and editing sufficient enough to enable you to create landing pages and modify existing web pages -- experience using Webflow is an added bonus. 
  • A keen eye for design and strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for measurable results and analytics; ability to translate insight into actions to improve results over time.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail.
