SpotX is looking for a talented and energetic person to join the Training & Development team as a Training Coordinator - Internal. This position will play a supportive role on the Internal Training & Development team. The Training Coordinator will provide administrative support for all the Internal Training programs and initiatives here at SpotX. This position will help to maintain and ensure the accuracy of all internal training programs, platforms and materials.
Making an immediate impact:
- Become a resident expert on all our Internal tools and platforms (PeopleNet, SpotX Knowledge, SpotX EDP)
- Help oversee our training support ticketing system by providing technical support to employees having issues with out platforms
- Maintain our Internal Knowledge Base including - maintaining user accounts, maintaining the internal material and sweeping the content quarterly to ensure accuracy
- Maintain and upload our Employee Data User File for our Internal LMS (PeopleNet)
- Assist with the employee onboarding process, primarily employee setup and access and helping to run new hire onboarding sessions as needed
- Help to facilitate Internal Training Programs such as New Hire Brown Bags, Founders Luncheons, Anniversary Programs, etc.
- Help to develop training material and content that support larger Internal initiatives - E-Learning courses, Management training, etc.
- Performs other related duties as required by management
Needed SpotX’er talents:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- General understanding of the Ad Tech industry is a plus
- Prior experience with a LMS is a plus
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud (Captivate, InDesign, Illustrator) and Cornerstone LMS, or demonstrated ability to learn new software packages
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Comfortable with and receptive to feedback; quick to apply changes
- Very strong focus on attention to detail and information accuracy
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance the need for quick turnaround with longer-term projects; ability to manage several projects at one time
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Interest in instructional design a plus
