How you will make a difference:

As a Graphic designer on our team, you will be at the forefront of Iterable’s brand growth and evolution. Working within the Brand and Content team, you will work within a creative team to impact change across the organization, building a cohesive brand that adds new life and vibrancy to teams across Iterable. 

In this role, you are the gatekeeper of maintaining Iterable’s brand as cutting edge, innovative, and evolving to meet our growth.  One of our core values is a growth mindset and Iterable is a company where everyone can grow. You’ll  get to:

• Execute all aspects of design, layout, and final delivery of complex projects
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and tell stories across a variety of mediums and use cases
• Directly impact the future of Iterable’s brand through creative and strategic design
• Create a multitude of assets, including but not limited to banners, ads, slide decks, infographics, swag items, and more

We are looking for people who have:

• Excellent time management and project management skills
• World class communication skills to interact with fellow designers/creatives and non-creatives alike
• Experience with a variety of design principles and styles to adapt for a wide array of use cases
• A deep understanding of how brand and design interact with one another and impact the growth of a business

Bonus points if you have:

• In-house and agency/freelance experience
• Photography experience
• B2B and B2C experience
