Creative Design Manager
Ibotta is looking for a Creative Design Manager to build out our creative design team and provide design direction for our fast growing, consumer-facing brand. You'll bring the brand to life through the product experience and work closely with marketing and other stakeholders to drive a cohesive brand experience, inside and out.
Design at Ibotta is comprised of product and creative design. We work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional design that helps millions of shoppers save time and money. You’ll bring a deep understanding of visual design to help define and executive a creative vision that spans across the experience.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Build and grow a creative design team
- Work closely with the product design team to ensure high-quality visual design and content
- Collaborate with the heads of design, product, and marketing to define and execute our brand experience
- Partner with stakeholders in marketing and across the business to provide creative direction
- Establish and maintain a style guide and design standards
- Ensure design standards are developed, communicated and consistently met
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Approximately 10 years experience in a creative leadership role for consumer-facing product or service
- Experience managing people and leading teams
- Exceptional design skills with a portfolio showcasing your work
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in UX, product, marketing, and branding
- Ability to provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback
