This is a brand new role at Gloo so we need someone adventurous to join our team fulltime in Boulder to own it and build a set of best practices. You are the translator for our Data Science team. You love talking with customers to educate them on our data science value propositions and how data science can help their organization. You also love talking with data scientists to help them understand what our customers are looking for. You have an approachable, engaging manner along with a passion for sharing the fascinating world of data insights with others. How you might spend your days:

• Working with the business unit managers and marketing team to develop analytic content for Gloo’s verticals – case studies, solutions, playbooks – you name it!
• Developing, maintaining and implementing the analytic components of account plans
• Participating as a subject-matter expert on prospect/client calls and meetings regarding analytical projects
• Establishing boilerplate content and assisting in the creation of the data insights components of proposals
• Collaborating with the Project Managers to organize and prioritize adoption of client requests for custom modeling projects
• Coordinating with the Head of Data Science to plan and execute custom modeling projects
• Ensuring timely, objective collection and reporting of in-market model performance

What you’ll bring along:

• BS/BA in a technical discipline or liberal arts
• At least 5 years’ experience working with data science or data intelligence teams
• Executive presence, presentation and persuasion skills s
• Strong understanding and belief in an agile project delivery model
• Extensive experience serving customers in a high growth, high-service environment
• Experience with planning tools like Jira
• Innovative, detail-oriented, crisp communicator who is self-confident and willing to tackle uncharted territory
• Well refined presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, managing and switching priorities as needed
• Creative problem solver and logical thinker
