As Senior Business Analyst you'll help us transform Saleforce.com and core business systems and processes to best-in-class by facilitating cross-functional decision-making and driving a culture of operational excellence. You will be a change agent and data-driven decision maker as a member of the Strategy & Operations team and will engage regularly with Senior Leadership Team in solving some of our most critical challenges.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Transforming core business systems to best-in-class by optimizing Salesforce.com and key sales, finance, and marketing systems and processes by implementing critical changes and ensuring adoption from all users
• Facilitating cross-functional decision-making by driving the prioritization and delivery of initiatives for core business systems by working with technology teams and sales, marketing, and finance stakeholders
• Creating a vision and culture of operational excellence by mapping our current systems and processes, synthesize information from all parts of the business, identify root cause issues, and drive efficiency from end-to-end
• Maximizing our investments by partnering with our vendors to understand capabilities and solutions and partner with internal customers to deliver best-in-class functionality and troubleshoot issues
• Identifying the highest impact initiatives, motivating diverse stakeholders, and keeping driving numerous priorities forward to deliver best-in-class solutions on time and within budget

Education, Experience

• Bachelor's degree in analytical fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant work experience required with preferred industry experience in Technology or Consulting
• Experience with SalesForce.com required and experience with Zuora, Marketo, or similar systems preferred
• Experience working with developers in agile environment preferred

Compensation

Base salary/pay of $72,000 – $140,400 per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
