Salesforce Administrator
Ibotta is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Information Technology (IT) team! As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage and support the maintenance of the Ibotta Salesforce platform while serving as the liaison among the Sales, Account Management, Analytics, Finance, Legal and Development teams.
Here is what you'll be doing:
- Daily administration and support of Ibotta’s Salesforce database, including but not limited to managing profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
- Work with management, strategic planning teams, and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
- Create and document connected application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes including developers, strategic planning teams, and analytics staff and/or outside consultants as needed
- Maintain and advise on selection of 3rd party technologies to improve sales productivity within SFDC, including, but not limited to, DocuSign and Octiv
- Manage the Salesforce testing process, including devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing testing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating software testing
- Keep apprised of new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements, and informing and teaching end-users about changes and enhancements
- Train new and existing users on how to use Salesforce and connected applications
- Provide Salesforce users with technical support
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related Salesforce materials for end-users
Here is what we're looking for:
- College degree or equivalent work/technical experience
- 5+ years Salesforce experience, Salesforce certification preferred
- Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, HTML, and Java
- Excellent communication and analytical skill
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate with implementation partners, other IT managers, internal stakeholders and developers in providing solution suggestions and constructive feedback
