Educational Programs Analyst
Description
Reporting to the Manager, GHX Product Education, the Education Programs Analyst is responsible for the day to day activities related to administration of a learning management system and digital adoption platform (WalkMe), working collaboratively with the education team in the production of online courses, videos and other education materials, including review of and analysis and reporting on the utilization of each of those materials and administration and coordination of the translation of educational materials.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- As it relates to the LMS, loads, launches and maintains all eLearning content, manages user accounts, creates and runs reports, provides support to internal and external customers, and manages related communications and announcements
- Maintains relationship with LMS software vendor to communicate system issues and requirements
- Assists Product Education Manager with administration of digital adoption platform and development and management of engagement reports
- Analyzes Google Analytics metrics for education team to measure customer reach and utilization of product help guides and technical documentation
- Collects qualitative data on customer satisfaction and engagement with education materials through review of feedback, voice of the customer interviews, surveys and other outreach
- Evaluates the return on investment for all product education programs by comparing completion rates to other metrics, such as software implementation timelines, support ticket request rates, and customer health and utilization information
- Reviews and provides input on the education materials developed by the team; the analyst may also develop job aids, informational or how-to videos and other educational resource
- Performs miscellaneous special project work, as assigned
- Assists with management of education content translation process
- Supports the Product Success Team with logistics and other details related to onsite training programs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or combination of education and equivalent work experience, and a minimum of 4 years related experience
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
- Ability to think independently and solve problems with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Articulate Storyline 2 or comparable eLearning authoring software
- Basic knowledge of instructional theory, technical writing and adult learning principles
- Proficient in standard Windows-based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Customer-driven attitude and demeanor
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all organizational functions
- Comfortable learning new systems and system interfaces quickly
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with learning management systems
- E-commerce or web-based application experience
- Healthcare industry, supply chain or purchasing experience
