About this Role

Sondermind is adding a Business Operations Coordinator to support our growing internal needs. This role will support Business Operations to design, implement, and manage a seamless employee experience enabled by technology and systems. The Business Operations Coordinator will enable and support each department’s users access to systems, office resources, and process technical support. In this role, you will proactively identify and recommend new enhancements and workflows with Business Operations to help drive outcomes needed to scale our business. As our ideal candidate, you enjoy learning the ins and outs of systems, optimizing those systems, and teaching technical and non technical people how to use those systems with high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 


Expected Outcomes 

  • Within two weeks, support systems mapping project by gaining a foundational understanding of SonderMind business systems and current processes, workflows, and user access models; becoming a subject matter expert for designated systems and integrations. Support user access onboarding and offboarding for designated business systems and learn the teams and vendor interactions associated with IT and Facilities.
  • Within one month, assume support responsibilities over designated business systems and define baseline support intake processes and turnaround times for those systems.
  • Within 3 months, assist with logistics work around office-planning, system implementation, and scaling support projects for existing systems. Work closely with IT to better define responsibilities and collaboration efforts between Hardware/Software processes.
  • Within 6 months, support continued scale with documentation and forward-thinking systems solutions and rapid-response solutions to downtime and breakages. Automate and reduce overhead time on processing requests for Biz Ops work by 25%.
  • Within one year, in partnership with Business Operations leadership, IT and People Ops, build and support the infrastructure to support a 300+ person company distributed across multiple states

GOTTA HAVE:

  •  IT/technology experience
  • Interest and desire to learn and understand new business software
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical team members
  • Ability to lay out a process map and communicate it effectively to other stakeholders
  • Learn and process new information quickly
  • Ability to balance competing needs across departments and stakeholders to drive towards the best outcome 
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience

NICE TO HAVE: 

  • Healthcare experience
  • IT or business analytics experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Kustomer, Dialpad
