As a Data Integrations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. This is an associate level position and is ideal for candidates who have a strong technical background with a desire to learn and grow their expertise in configuring and troubleshooting established third-party integrations, validating inbound data consistency and accuracy, data analysis, and communicating technical information to internal teams as well as customers. This role will primarily leverage spreadsheets containing a high volume of data via Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets within its standard day to day workflows. The Data Integrations Specialist will be part of a 3-5 employee Data Integrations Team and report directly to the Senior Manager of Technical Solutions.
What you'll do...
- Audit, cleanse, and format large sets of inbound data via Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Leverage existing scripts/tools to work efficiently and effectively
- Communicate with customers and developers regarding product integration best practices
- Establish pre-configured integrations using proprietary company software
- Track and troubleshoot integration issues
- Analyze data from disparate sources and create recommendations as needed
- Use various file types to troubleshoot data issues that arise during a product life cycle
- Perform semi-regular portfolio audits to ensure data quality and consistency
- Follow internal data governance best practices
- Craft and maintain internal and external product documentation
- Analyze client needs and arrive at solutions quickly
Requirements
What you offer us...
- Expert level knowledge in Excel and/or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, IF Statements, etc.)
- Strong interest in working with large datasets within spreadsheets and product integrations
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience working in software implementation, data entry, data analysis, or data quality assurance
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, JavaScript, or Python
- Comfortability working with Restful APIs and Postman
- Experience with Workfront, Adobe Suite, and VSCode is plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to think and act proactively
- A self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines
- Experience with multi-family or real estate industry is a plus

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: base salary of $65,000 - $70,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
