SKILL SET
- 1+ years’ experience in working with people and familiarity of Windows 10, MacOS, Windows Server 2012 R2 - 2016, MS Office365, and Google GSuite
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for relationship building and desire to learn about the troubleshooting steps with PCs and other technologies
- High degree of personal integrity and professionalism
- Comfortable working cross-functionally within an organization and completing administrative tasks
- Efficient with various office software and collaboration technologies such as Google Meet
- System administration, security, and/or technical certification a plus
- Experience migrating from MS Exchange to GSuite a plus
- Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL
- Develop a working relationship with the Technology Operations and Development teams
- Work with the Technology Operations team to learn the systems we use and how to create, update, and close tickets
- Complete administrative tasks in support of the Technology Team’s quarterly and annual goals
- Advance your computer troubleshooting
- Learn how to set up physical and virtual desktop machines and deploy industry standard and specialty software
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL
- Learn to administer all Technology applications and how to provision and de-provision user access
- Manage user access and troubleshoot our Avaya IP Office environment, and assist users with customization and requirements
- Conference Room setup and management using Google Meet
