Director of Technical Customer Support
We are growing again and we need a Director of Technical Customer Support to join our team!
A2Z Sync is a disruptor in the automotive industry - transforming the sales process into a transparent experience for customers and providing the tools necessary for dealers to transition to a single point of contact.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical support specialists to ensure client success from onboarding to continued adoption of the platform.
- You will take ownership for aligning our products with our customer's business objectives, with a focus on driving successful adoption and greater business value for our clients.
- Build a foundation for scalable technical support and client experience.
- Be responsible for the overall technical performance and development of client accounts.
- Ensure unyielding commitment to quality for the entire account ownership lifecycle within the product suite.
- Manage team members and provide coaching, mentoring, and technical reviews.
Skills and Experience Required
- 5+ years of leading technical teams within automotive SaaS technology company.
- High regard for business results and quality with a strong ability to problem solve.
- Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of driving a team to meet short-deadline goals.
- Ability to prioritize the most important activities daily.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of APIs and strong domain knowledge of the automotive software landscape.
- Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment.
- Previous start-up/early-stage company experience is a plus.
Salary range $115,000-$125,000
