Senior Manager, Customer Communications

We are currently seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly-motivated individual to join our Customer Success Team. The Senior Manager, Customer Communications is responsible for driving product learning and adoption for our customer base through customer communication cadences and online training. The Senior Manager, Customer Communications works closely with our customers alongside Sales, Customer Support, Product Management and Finance teams to ensure our customers have access to updated, beneficial training so they can utilize our software products to their fullest extent.
Responsibilities:
- Own Customer Communication Calendar
- Own Customer Newsletter
- Responsible for all webinars, online training, and maintaining/updating Vertafore University
- Own tech touch customer outreach such as personalized welcome e-mails to new clients, driving product adoption by feature, and inviting customers to training or other events
- Build a close relationship with the Customer Success Managers and check-in on an ongoing basis
- Manage and work closely with the Customer Success Training Specialist
- Share best practices and thought leadership content
- Assist Sales in preparing for contract renewals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in communications and/or online customer training management
- Previous management experience
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player
- Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
- Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills
- Understanding of Internet and web applications with a desire learn new technologies
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and derive solutions
- Must possess a proven understanding of corporate business world; prior experience in SaaS or Insurance is preferred
- Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Proficiency with MS Office
