Hourly: $18.00-$25.00

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm or Tuesday-Friday, 5:00am to 3:30pm

We are looking for an Inventory & Receiving Specialist who is excited to support the Inventory Department through proper inventory receiving efforts, tracking and control, and kitting of stock. This position collaborates with and supports the departments of production, supply chain, IT, and finance through Inventory department processes and policies. Act as the controlling function of all received flight dedicated goods and materials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely communication. We are looking to fill both first and second shift roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive purchased goods according to company processes and procedures. 
  • Update ERP system with inventory, transactions, and purchase status changes.
  • Code and electronically file all packing slips and accompanying documents.
  • Document any damage or observed non-compliance issues.
  • Coordinate and assist with the packaging, logistics, and documentation for all RMA’s.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage batch tracking within ERP system.
  • Investigate, trace, document, and report all inventory discrepancies.
  • Understand and utilize Company internal barcoding system for individual stock items, batch stock, stock location, etc.
  • Coordinate with representatives of all vendor-managed inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4+ years’ inventory receiving experience.
  • ESD and sensitive material handling experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of data input experience.
  • Prior ERP system experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
