Training and Content Supervisor

We are hiring for a Training and Content Supervisor! This person will be responsible for developing and leading all aspects of the training programs and resources that support our User Operations department. The person in this role will develop training courses, resources, and training methodologies appropriate to drive success with different types of capabilities and staff. Planning, running and implementing training programs is also a big part of this role so a candidate who is very organized and on top of things is important to us. Day to day in this position will include organizing and presenting live or on-demand training sessions to groups or individuals and updating existing training materials and resources based on product or procedure updates. The majority of days will also be spent coordinating with various stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Engineering to discuss and understand new functionality for our products. You will also be responsible for coordinating the translation of engineering/product specifications from documentation in Jira and Confluence to training and resources for the Operations team and identifying process or workflow gaps with the help of Operations stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience supporting the development of technical expertise, leading team members, and proficiency in SaaS training. This person will also have a background in product or engineering with a basic understanding of coding and syntax. Comfort using technology platforms such as Jira, Github, Confluence, Figma, Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Lessonly and Guru is a major plus. You have excellent written and oral communication skills and you bring a positive demeanor to everything you do. You’re able to work independently and are self-driven as well as being relentlessly curious!
Colorado applicants: This role pays $82,000 - $90,000 annually plus participation in our equity plan (pay for other locations may vary).
