To help tell DISQO’s story and to grow engagement with our B2B and B2C audiences, our Growth Marketing team seeks a savvy, high-energy and excellent communicator to be our social media champion. You’ll arrive up-to-date and adept on the latest platforms, technologies, capabilities, and trends, and you’ll work to continuously increase DISQO’s relevance and influence in prioritized channels reaching consumers, B2B customers, employees, and candidates. You love that Social Media channels are always evolving and you’ll push DISQO to be an early adopter of new opportunities. You’re excited by data and driven to quantify the positive impact of social media on business goals through measurement. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our social media presence drives high engagement and web traffic with each audience. 

What you'll love doing

  • Strategic planning - Design and implement an overarching social strategy integrated with DISQO’s internal / external communications plans. Research benchmark best practices and audience preferences to inform data-driven strategic decisions about social engagement.
  • Maximize SEO with keywords and hashtags; monitor and report on SEO and web traffic metrics using Google Analytics.
  • Innovation - Suggest and implement new activities, formats, platforms and features to develop brand awareness and increase engagement, including promotions and competitions.
  • Management - Create and post original text, graphics, and video content daily, and make timely, appropriate responses to audience members. Maintain vigilant daily oversight of DISQO’s and Survey Junkie’s social media accounts, and collaborate with our operations team to de-escalate and resolve any problems members of our panel community may communicate about in social media.
  • Using DISQO’s B2B brand guidelines, establish a tone of voice and personality appropriate for B2B audiences (market researchers, brand marketers, agencies, media companies, press).
  • Identify, groom, and build relationships with key influencers in the market research space and the advertising industry more generally.
  • Respond to followers’ comments and queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews on social platforms.
  • Collaborate and consult around paid social media advertising as assigned.
  • Using Survey Junkie’s brand guidelines, establish a tone of voice and personality appropriate for consumer audiences who may want to influence brands by sharing their views and behaviors.
  • Identify, groom, and build relationships with consumer influencers relevant to Survey Junkie.
  • Respond to followers’ comments and queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews on social platforms.
  • Collaborate and consult around paid social media advertising as assigned.
  • Collaborate internationally to ensure DISQO’s local social media channels are well aligned globally.
  • Measure -- Establish, obsess over, measure and report on success metrics such as audience growth, impressions, engagement with our social media accounts, as well as click through.
  • Contribute to DISQO’s collaborative and people-driven culture with bias toward action, commitments to personal, team and organizational growth, and by demonstrating all of DISQO’s values.

How your talent stands out

  • Demonstrated experience managing social media in B2B and B2C contexts with hands-on responsibility for content development and management, and proven ability to drive growth in audience, engagement, and overall reach. 10+ years’ experience preferred.
  • Basic design capabilities to produce on-brand and impactful social media graphics (text, image, video).
  • Excellent copywriting skills with writing samples.
  • State-of-the-art knowledge of social media analytics and experience building dashboards that show the impact of social media on business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field.
  • Applicants must reside in the U.S.

The last several years have placed a newfound emphasis on trust, transparency and innovation at DISQO. Employees have always been at the forefront of everything we do, but we now keep an even closer pulse on employee experience to remain agile as the world continues to evolve. Every quarter, we conduct an employee experience survey to better understand what we should keep doing and what we need to do differently at DISQO.
