We are seeking an experienced candidate to be part of our growing self-service team to translate and localize all our existing and new content into multiple language. The content to be localized will focus on our exchange with the latest information regarding our products and offerings.
A successful candidate will be highly collaborative, extremely organized, enthusiastic, resourceful and able to quickly adapt to different writing styles.
Our team is one of the best in the industry, and we’re looking for people who can make us better. We collaborate to solve tough problems and meet regularly to stay up to date on what’s going on in the company and industry.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Localization team, and other team members to deliver timely, high-quality content
Track and follow up on all the contact that needs to be translated in each language
Review the accuracy and consistency of translated content across all support sites
Assist with defining the localization strategy for all products and partners
Work with product teams to be in the know for all changes to products globally
Assist with outlining content architecture across all support sites
Prioritizing development tickets impacting localization project
Requirements
Strong written communication skills
1+ year(s) of work experience managing localization projects
Familiarity with localization/translation tools
Computer literacy and ability to learn and navigate new software
High output - metrics-based experience is helpful
Able to work autonomously and efficiently meet deadlines
Security and privacy focused
Ability to monitor own work to ensure quality
Acute attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent client service skills
Comprehensive understanding of crypto terminology
Nice to Have
Experience with technical writing and auditing
Excellent abilities in organization, coordination and project management
Experience working across cross-functional teams and time-zones
Technical background is a plus

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $51,000 and $76,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
