An Insider's view of Block

Lynette Johnson McGee

What are some things you learned at the company?

Since joining Block, I’ve found that being myself is not only encouraged, it’s rewarded. My advice to people who are neurodiverse would be to ask for support and let people know how you work best. Knowing I will be heard has opened new doors for my development!
