Business Operation Analyst Level 3
Summary/Objective—
To be the trusted business advisor; working together with our customers (resellers and supplier) and internal partners to create a flexible yet reliable experience that protects the business profits, drives process efficiency and improve business productivity.
Responsibilities
- Ability to talk to Arrow ECS NA Operational Value Proposition as it relates to technology and solutions enablement, Value Added Engagements, and Ease of Doing Business
- Provide insight and recommendation on process improvement initiatives with the customer.
- Liaison between customer requirements and Arrow internal partners i.e.: Sales, IT, and Operations.
Principal Accountabilities
• Plans, performs implements process improvement initiatives.
• Evaluates existing processes.
• Provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Provides consultation on the techniques to improve process performance.
• Deliver presentations and training to internal and external customers.
• Communicates team progress.
● Act as the link between the team and different counterparts; will need to lead customer visits

Minimum Requirements/Education/Experience —
Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
Preferred Education & Experience—
- Must possess excellent telephone skills; professional attitude in all verbal and written communications
- Must have detail to customer service; manages difficult client/customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, responds to requests for service and assistance and meets commitments
- Must have excellent organizational, planning, multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
- Must be able to define problems and do the research, establish facts and draw sound conclusions; ability to solve discrepancies and make adjustments
- Must be able to follow complex directions
- You are in constant communication with your teammates on your workload and effectively communicate when assistance is needed.
- Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
